If you need to contact us, it is best to use the contact us page on our website or message us through our facebook page. As a family run business we do not keep usual office hours and will often reply to emails on the weekends and evenings so we should be there whenever you need us.

We pride ourselves in keeping our prices as low as possible but from time to time we do offer discount codes. These will be clearly displayed in the notification bar at the top of our website when in use.

In most cases, yes. All our items are handmade to order so please get in touch via our contact us page on the website with your requirements.

We have no minimum order and all our items include free UK postage.

We ship all orders using Royal Mail 1st Class.

All UK orders receive free delivery.

Yes, we are happy to deliver to your business address for example. Make sure all details are entered correctly for both addresses when placing your order.
